Installation Guide

Get Your Clutches Installed

1. Prepare the Vehicle

Start by safely lifting the vehicle, removing the seat, and accessing the clutch compartment under the console.

2. Remove Access Panels

Disconnect the battery and any sensors attached to the primary clutch cover. Remove the cover to expose the clutches.

3. Remove Old Clutches

Use the proper puller tools to remove the primary clutch, then the secondary clutch. Keep parts organized.

4. Install New Primary

Bolt the new pre-tuned primary clutch onto the crankshaft. Ensure it is seated properly and torque bolts to spec.

5. Install New Secondary

Install the new secondary clutch onto the transmission shaft. Make sure the alignment is correct before tightening.

6. Reassemble & Test

Reinstall the cover, reconnect all sensors and the battery. Test for smooth operation before a full ride.
